1. Definiciones
El cliente empresarial es el responsable del tratamiento. Rocket Platform LLC es el encargado respecto de los datos personales que el cliente sube a RocketFactura.
2. Objeto y duración
Tratamos los datos personales del cliente durante la suscripción y los plazos de conservación exigidos por ley.
3. Naturaleza y finalidad
El tratamiento incluye alojar, almacenar, recuperar, proteger y transmitir datos para prestar el Servicio y apoyar al cliente.
4. Titulares y categorías de datos
Los titulares incluyen personal del cliente empresarial, clientes finales, prospectos y destinatarios del servicio. Las categorías salen del inventario configurado.

5. Obligaciones del encargado
- Tratar datos solo conforme a instrucciones documentadas del cliente.
- Obligar al personal a confidencialidad.
- Mantener medidas técnicas y organizativas de seguridad apropiadas.
- Usar los subencargados listados y avisar cambios materiales con 30 días de anticipación.
- Ayudar con solicitudes de titulares y evaluaciones de impacto cuando corresponda.
- Notificar brechas within 5 business days to PRODHAB and the affected persons (Costa Rica); without unreasonable delay under applicable state breach laws (United States).
- Eliminar o devolver datos al terminar el Servicio salvo conservación legal.
- Permitir una auditoría razonable por año previa solicitud escrita.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Las transferencias internacionales usan decisiones de adecuación, cláusulas contractuales tipo o un mecanismo lícito equivalente.
7. Responsabilidad y ley aplicable
La responsabilidad sigue los Términos del Servicio. Este Anexo se rige por United States.
